Rise in Free VoIP Services
In this COVID-19 pandemic, so many of VoIP services have started offering their premium packages for free, just to cater to rise in demand of VoIP services. This rise may be temporary but it sure has changed the way people are conducting business now, from the comfort of their home. After pandemic shut down all non essential services, companies were forced and encouraged to let their employees work from home. This approach although should get things done, has also highlighted other problems that how we as human operate in a professional environment. Our tasks are not just dependable on us but also on other teams and their ability to effectively deliver this task on time and efficiently. Work from home has really changed our mindset in regards to how to do things while not working together in the same room.
